I finally found a copy of my first car’s title, and I would love to know if the new owner has registered it yet. He said he was going to restore it, so if it’s registered now, he’ s probably done.

Huh, that actually happened about a year before I bought it. Must have had no damage since the paint was uniformly faded and the bumper had too many scuffs to have been replaced so recently.

I looked it up, says in 2017 the vehicle was used as a “ soup kitchen” by a group of homeless people.
